ØSC Live May 2012

Øresund Space Collective

- live in concert -

at May 19th, 2012, Dragens Hule (Revshalevej 209), Copenhagen / DK

→  LP "Phaze your Fears" release party ←

As we arrived at Dragens Hule I noticed big long grey buildings at first. But I was delighted as I entered the club.
The Dragens Hule is ... yes it is just cozy there. It has atmosphere! Feels a bit like sitting in a huge homey living room :-)
It's early. The Band has got enough time to set up their equipment and doin' the soundcheck.
About 22:00 ... not so much people here yet. They come out to the show gradually.

It must be around 22:30 as Dr. Space starts his synthesizer and invites us and the band to the spaceflight.

Jam A starts cozy groovy ... nearer to the end the music is getting more intensive ... I close my eyes and whirl through the darkness of the universe.
The people are so into the music immediately, same as the band. The mood of all is great, totally relaxed.

Mogens & Dr. Space are split over if the next Jam is B or D ;-)
Jam B is spacey ... sometimes oriental ... mesmerizing ... cool ... in which orbit are we at the moment? ...

Jam C starts relaxed ... builds up slowly and then the guys rock ... and then anytime it's just freaky.

A break ... now there are some more people.

Set 2 with Jam D starts ......... oh do you know what? ... listen to the concert by yourself! ;-)

It's a great concert, some few are dancing. It's wonderful to watch the musicians how much fun they have playing music ... how deep inside the music they are ... as we all.
Anytime after about 4 hours!!! the show is over ... a long concert night and I'm tired ... but very satisfied.

Here you can listen to the concert ...

and next time ... YOU come out to the show as well :-)

One has to see ØSC live at least! once a year ;-)

Vielen Dank :-) ... mange tak :-) ... tack så mycket :-) ... thank you so much :-)

(... and sorry for my bad english ;-)

Sabine

Øresund Space Collective

- live in concert -

at May 6th, 2012, Månefisker (Moon Fisher), Christiania / DK - Doomtown Festival

It is about 15:30 as I arrived at Christiania and I have no idea what to expect ... I'm here for the very first time.
All is colourful ... easygoing ... peaceful & freaky.

I reach the stage ... ØSC are setting up their equipment. I start to photograph ...
The weather is super, sun is shining, sometimes there is a breeze. A lot of people are here, partly with children. Everybody seem to be relaxed ... just like a big love & peace happening.

Around 16:00 ... Dr. Space welcomes the audience and the band is starting to play.
Wow ... sometimes really heavy ... and then spacy to fly away ... awesome guitars ... fantastic!
The people like it too, nobody is leaving ... only maybe to get a new beer.
After about an hour it's getting brisk, sun disappears often behind the clouds, the wind is nasty.
People stay anyway ... a mild aroma is in the air ;-)
About 18:00 ... unfortunately the show is over.
Thanks for the wonderful journey! :-)))
Off to the Månefisker ... to warm ...

Listen to the show!

Sabine :-)
